This is a subscription service that will renew every 4 weeks. If you choose to make any adjustments to your membership, we require at least a 2 weeks' notice before your next billing cycle. I agree form Stella Barbella’s Cancellation policy: We have a strict 12-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel within 12 hours of your session, the session will be forfeited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. For unlimited members, a $15 fee will be charged to the card you have on file. No Show Policy: No shows will result of a $15 fee AND loss of credit. For unlimited members, a no show will result in a $20 fee. Arrival Time/Late Policy: Our doors will open 10 min prior to your session starting. The doors will be locked until then so that our coaches can finish setting up for you! Please wait to come in until then. Our expectation of barbellas is to be at their session 5 min before their session starts. We have a grace period of 5 minutes (if your session starts at 5:30, you have until 5:35pm to enter the session before doors are locked). We understand that life happens outside of the studio, which is why we currently do have a grace period of up to 5 minutes. Any entry beyond that can lead to class disruption and potential safety hazards. If you arrive past the 5 min marker and doors are locked, it will be counted as a no show and the previous policy will be applied. It's important to arrive on time for your safety to ensure your muscles are properly warmed up and so that you receive a balanced workout. This also minimizes distractions for clients already in the session. If you are running late and are not sure if you will make it to your session on time, it is recommended to late cancel to avoid the no show fee. Thank you for your understanding. Billing We automatically bill every 28 days. We accept credit cards or debit cards only. If I have not paid in full for the billing cycle, then I am not able to attend classes until I have paid. If I have insufficient funds on my account, I will not be permitted to attend sessions until the balance is paid in full. We do not provide refunds for any purchased membership/session credit/intro offer. No refunds. Children/Guests: For safety and liability reasons, we are no longer allowing guests (nonmembers) or children at the studio. We kindly ask our members to make alternate arrangements for childcare, as children cannot wait in the lobby while a parent takes a session. Cell Phone Policy: We kindly ask you to keep your phone with your belongings during the duration of your session to eliminate distractions to you, your coach and fellow neighbors during your session. You are welcome to snap your pics before or after! Rollovers/Drop ins There will be no rollovers of credits between each billing cycle, unless the studio is closed on a day it would typically be open. All credits must be used up before the next billing cycle. While we understand that life happens outside of the studio, we are firm on this policy, even if sickness/etc. Occur. *If the studio is closed on a holiday, we will honor a rollover of 1 credit per day closed onto the next billing cycle. * Freeze Policy Each barbella has the option to freeze their membership in 1 week increments up to 4x per year (from start date of current year to start date of next year) with a 2 weeks' notice. If notice is given with less than 2 weeks, then the freeze will not be granted. To use a freeze, the barbella will need to provide notice to Geena at least two weeks in advance through email (stellabarbellas@gmail.com). Medical freezes will be considered with a doctor's note if need for immediate freeze is present. Canceling memberships/Membership Changes If you choose to forgo your membership or change your membership in any capacity, we require at least two weeks' notice before the next billing date. Other Considerations Each barbella is expected to be respectful and courteous to other barbellas and coaches by not talking when the coach is talking, keeping the studio stations tidy, and treating others the way they would like to be treated. If a barbella needs to leave early, please exit before the finale, out of courtesy to the members staying for the cooldown. Stella Barbella’s is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen items. Physical Limitations/Injuries/Health Conditions I understand that by signing the Stella Barbella waiver form, I am exercising at my own risk. I will tell my coach any relevant health information to prevent injuries from occurring. Changing policies I understand that Stella Barbella’s is still in the beginning stages of business, which means that there will most likely be changes along the way in terms of policies and procedures to make our studio run more efficiently. For any policies that are added, I will be notified of this. If I have any concerns, then I will address them with Geena to ensure we have a mutual understanding of new policies.
